由於保護板普遍存在反光的問題,如一般普通玻璃,其反射率可達10%,容易導致使用者在檢視畫面時的困擾。因此在保護板的表面進行鍍膜處理,則是降低眼睛不適的參考對策。
( Due to glare problem of protective plate, it will lower the readability of a displayed image or characters and even cause eye strain. Take clear(uncoated) glass as an example. The reflectance of it reaches up to10%. Therefore, we apply different coating services to deal with this problem. )

1. 抗反光鍍膜(Anti-Reflection Coating)
藉由對光線的干涉,而達成增加穿透,減少反射的目的。目前玻璃鍍膜大多採用SiO2與TiO2進行表面鍍膜,以奈米等級的厚度,達成對光前進方向的干涉。可將穿透率大幅提昇至平均96%以上(以2mm板厚之玻璃),2%以下之平均反射率。
( By intervening lights, more lights will transmit rather than reflecting back. Now, glass coating products mainly use SiO2 or TiO2 as a surface treatment, which brings up transmittance over 96% (base on 2mm thickness) and keep average reflectance under 2%. )


2. 抗眩光鍍膜(Anti-Glare)
藉由保護板表面的不平整,使反射光散射,而達成將反射光降低的作用。目前保護板大多採用霧度10%,光澤度80左右的參數,以達成最適的效果。
( By reducing coherence of surface, Anti-Glare coating uses diffuse reflection mechanism to scatter reflected lights in all direction. We suggest our customers with the optimal specifications of Haze 10% and gloss 80. )

3. 半透鏡鍍膜(Half-Mirror surface)
藉由高反射率的材料鍍膜,使玻璃在黑色的背景下,呈現如鏡子般的反射。此類鍍膜應用於數位像框,浴室內顯示器等。
( High reflectance coating creates a mirror-like image on the surface of protective plate when users turning off the monitor. Apply on products like digital photo frame, bathroom TV and so on. )
